History
Màloma takes its name from malolactic fermentation, a subtle process in which malic acid is converted into lactic acid by anaerobic lactic acid bacteria. This natural alchemy softens and stabilizes the wine, revealing its full finesse...
After a year of renovations and changes, under the vision of chef Georges Athanassopoulos, the restaurant Màloma is moving from Schaerbeek and settling into the east wing of the Foster Farm. In harmony with the natural surroundings of the Foster Farm, nestled in the heart of Rosières, in Walloon Brabant. This place, dedicated to ecology and the promotion of its artisans, is an endless source of inspiration for the chef, who draws on its virtues to create vibrant dishes.
In the evening, let yourself be carried away by our "Harmonie" menu, an exploration of unexpected and profound flavors, while at lunchtime, our set menus invite you on a gourmet journey rooted in the seasons.
The menus evolve with the seasons, harvests, and the arrival of fresh produce, ensuring a total immersion in the cycle of nature.
"My team and I look forward to welcoming you to our new restaurant, where every moment shared becomes an inspiring interlude. See you soon at Màloma in Rosière!"
With passion and sincerity,
Georges Athanassopoulos
